Saudi consulting firm · People, culture, experience, economic value
التجربة محرّكٌ اقتصادي، تبدأ بالإنسان وتنتهي بقيمةٍ تُقاس.
At Toada we begin with the person: their needs, behaviour, culture and lived experience. We translate that understanding into structured experiences that serve defined strategic objectives, build integrated operating models around them, and embed impact measurement from the moment of design, so the initiative keeps returning economic, social and cultural value long after launch.
Who we work with Government entities, national commissions and committees, destination and real-estate developers, and cultural destinations that want their initiatives to yield more than a launch moment.

Selected mandates, each of which began with the audience and its context, and in which the forum, season or festival was structured as a sustainable platform with managed, measured impact.

Our model
People first. Experience as the engine. Value as the destination.
We begin by understanding the person: who they are, what moves them, and the shift the institution is seeking. That identity is then translated into structured experiences that serve strategic objectives and produce measurable results. Economic, social and cultural impact is embedded from the moment of design and managed as an institutional asset with an owner and targets, not as a report written after closing.
Culture is the raw material of value. We read it carefully, then structure it so that identity, heritage and creativity carry strategic and economic weight.
People are the culture. Every model we build starts from the person: their identity, their needs, the drivers of their behaviour, and the shift the institution wants to achieve.
We set direction through research, economic modelling and the evidence of comparable platforms, so decisions rest on proof rather than fashion, and opportunities become executable directions.
Strategize, then Conceptualize, then Perform. Three connected phases that begin with the person and the opportunity, each handing over a defined asset the next one builds on.
Phase 01
We begin with the person, the market and the sector, then anchor economic feasibility and strategic direction in clear KPIs, aligned with national and regulatory priorities.
Phase 02
We design the platform itself: the experience, the business and operating model, the partnerships, the institutional capabilities, and readiness to execute before launch.
Phase 03
We lead delivery through a project management office, track performance against the agreed indicators, and measure impact so the platform improves with every cycle.

Opening-week attendance is the easiest number to report and the least useful one to manage by. Three things we now check on every cultural project before the first ticket is sold.
A festival PMO is not a smaller version of a construction PMO. Four decisions that make the difference between a control room and a reporting exercise.
