Scope of Work
- Reviewing the materials and proposal and conducting a local gap analysis, including the Music Commission, the Ibdaa Platform, and the Copyright and Intellectual Property Law.
- Conducting a benchmarking study of three international models: the ISM, the Musicians’ Union in the UK, and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
- Developing the methodological framework and detailed structure: three pillars and five themes encompassing twelve chapters, organized around the practitioner’s journey.
- Developing the chapter content within approximately 120 pages, along with linguistic and professional review, as well as the design and production in line with the Association’s visual identity.
Key Achievements
- Developing a comprehensive professional guide for musicians that standardizes professional practices, clarifies career pathways and rights, and aligns with the Music Association’s objectives.
