Our scope of work

- Developing the strategic direction and a five-year roadmap (2025–2029) based on benchmarking against regional and global platforms.
- Developing the platform model, business model, governance, and operating model to support sustainability and scalability.
- Establishing and operating the Ingate 2025 Project Management Office (PMO), including defining governance, roles and responsibilities, coordination mechanisms, and escalation processes.
- Monitoring performance, risks, challenges, and dependencies, and preparing periodic reports to support decision-making.

  KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

- Defined the platform's strategic role in the Saudi insurance value chain vs global hubs
- Convened regulators, insurers, reinsurers, InsurTech and investors in one marketplace format
- Designed the conference, exhibition and engagement model as a scalable platform, not an event
- Structured the governance, commercial and operating model for a sustainable launch
